To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will then be emailed the address to which to send your items.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If an item arrived damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or a 20% refund of item cost.
